Fill the Registration Form
Fill the "Installment Payment Schedule Form Tuition Fee Loan"
Pay a registration fee IDR 100,000
S1 graduate or equivalent: » Submit Copy of diploma original legalized 2 pieces. » Submit Copy of Transcript of legalized original 2 pieces.
Submit recent photographs of size 2 x 3, 3 x 4, 4 x 6 (5 pieces each) - be followed
Bring stamp IDR 6,000 (1 piece).
Note (explanation) :
For Diploma / Transcript, when sufficient registration a copy of his course. Later after doing herregistrasi to be a student, then furnish it with documents that have been legalized.
Registration Form and other Forms can be obtained for FREE at each campus associated PTS, or can be requested for FREE via 17-hour information service, or it can go through registration on line at the site / website, or on the site / website related to each PTS.
Registration is open EVERY DAY (including Saturday and Sunday): Monday to Sunday at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Registration can be directly on the campus of each college/PTS (PMB S2 Secretariat) or represented or can be via POS, Phone, Mobile, Fax, or via Internet (online registration, please click).
